Connect your front office to Claude

ReadyToTalk can be added to Claude as a connector with a secure sign-in, and the Microsoft 365 calendar can now be read across any span of days.

ReadyToTalk as a Claude connector

You can now connect ReadyToTalk to Claude. Signing in uses a secure authorization flow, and the connector acts as the ReadyToTalk account whose verified email you signed in with. An email with no account is told to sign up first.

Each connector tool says what it does

Every tool the connector offers now carries a plain title in Claude's tool picker and says whether it only reads or changes something.

Microsoft 365 calendar reads any span of days

The receptionist's Microsoft 365 calendar check now answers for one day or each day of a span up to two weeks, so a caller can ask about this week or next week. Days the business does not work are left out.

Built-in calendar runs on a chosen calendar

A built-in calendar on Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 can now run on an existing calendar of the connected account, picked from the ones the account lists and can write to. Reservations already written stay where they were.

A refused connection says why

When a provider refuses to connect, you return to the Providers page with the provider's own reason instead of a bare failure.
