Microsoft 365 joins as a calendar provider

Businesses can connect Microsoft 365 as a read-only calendar, and the receptionist gets two calendar tools: busy or free on a given day, and the next openings.

Connect Microsoft 365

A business can connect its Microsoft 365 account as a provider, in beta. The sign-in grants calendar reading only. The card shows the connected account and that it reads the calendar; nothing is written.

Two calendar tools for the receptionist

With Microsoft 365 connected, the receptionist can check whether a day is busy or free and find the next openings, in the mailbox's own time zone and working hours. It never says what the appointments are. A caller who wants a time has a message taken.
