Show menu filters by what the phone sells

The Show menu window filters items by status with counts, keeps one size, and sold-out or archived items stay off the phone with the reason shown.

Filter the menu by status

Show menu gained a row of status chips: on sale, sold out, not at this location, archived, no priced variation and by rule. Each chip shows how many items it holds, several can be on at once, and Show all clears them.

Sold-out and archived items stay off the phone

Items marked sold out or archived in Square, and items not sold at the receptionist's location, are no longer offered on calls. The menu lists each one with why it is held. An item marked sold out until a set time comes back on sale when that time passes.

The location's own prices

Where a Square location sets its own price for an item, the receptionist quotes that price instead of the catalog price.

The window keeps one size

The Show menu window no longer grows and shrinks with each page or filter. The list scrolls inside it and the page buttons stay put.
