Chat is where you land
After sign-in you land on the ReadyToTalk AI chat, and one left menu serves everyone: Chat, Dashboard, Call Log and the settings groups. The welcome names your receptionist and your remaining trial balance and offers three starts: hear your receptionist, show your call log, get your own number. A plus button beside the composer holds the call log, a test call until you have your own number, and your phone number.
Status strip and Your Tasks
The dashboard opens with a status line such as Your number is answering calls, Your number is paused, Route not connected, No route set up yet, Subscription needed or Setup not finished, with your number to copy and when the last call came in. Your Tasks lists the steps to go live: subscription, dedicated number, first route, route connected. It also flags a failed payment, a paused number, low credits or no credits, and reads All set, you're live when done.
Needs your attention and recent calls
A Needs your attention list collects calls that went badly or whose notification failed, with a Review link, above Recent Calls. It disappears when there is nothing to act on. An Avg Call Length stat replaced the Total Calls count.
Menu reorganized into two groups
Business Settings holds General, Billing, Notifications and Early Access. Call Routing holds Receptionists, Phone Numbers, IVR Routes and IVR Recordings. The sidebar collapses, the mobile menu names the current page, and your profile and security settings sit at the bottom of the menu.
Subscription gates say so up front
Phone Numbers, IVR Routes, IVR Recordings and Early Access show a Subscribe to get your number card before you subscribe, and creating routes or uploading recordings requires the paid plan. Before you subscribe the assistant helps with setup and test calls; number provisioning and call routing unlock with a subscription. The assistant answers in the dashboard only.
Smaller changes across settings
Delete business is gone from Business Settings; deletion now goes through support. Transfer rules show as soon as a receptionist is trained, with or without a number, and a failed test call or retraining reports the actual reason instead of a generic line. Accounts in the autonomous early access get an Autonomous page and the ReadyToTalk AI card, and the Tasks panel shows what it did.
Behind the scenes. Training no longer posts messages into the chat; only the Tasks panel records it. The assistant's next-step suggestions render as buttons.
