Number setup wizard with a digit preference
Provision Number on the status card opens a wizard with four steps: save your number preference, get your phone number, create your default route, link the route to your number. You can ask for digits the number should contain or leave it empty for any available number. A failed step offers Retry, an existing number resumes where it stands, and the Done line names your live number.
Subscribing no longer buys a number for you
A new subscription no longer provisions a number on its own. Once your plan is paid the Provision Number action appears and you run the wizard yourself.
Autonomous changes in early access
For accounts in the autonomous early access, the ReadyToTalk AI assistant can apply a business profile change on your behalf. Every change is listed with a Revert button. A stricter tier runs a batch of such changes end to end without a confirmation for each, for enrolled and eligible accounts only, and an administrator can pause it.
The assistant knows whether you subscribed
In the chat, a trial account gets a concierge that walks you from training your receptionist to hearing it on a test call to subscribing, and does not offer numbers or routing until then. A subscribed account gets plain operator help with no sales nudges.
Onboarding asks you to stay on the page
While your receptionist is built on the home page, a note says it takes a bit, that it is gathering intelligence on your business, and asks you not to cancel or refresh.
