Name your phone numbers and routes in Call Routing

Call Routing gains a Phone tab and named routes, announcements can return callers to the menu after a pause, and setup finishes itself after checkout.

Phone tab and named routes

Call Routing now has Routing, Phone and IVR Audios tabs. Name each phone number, get a new one, and choose which route it answers with, or none. Routes have names, you can rename them, and you can pick a different route for a number at any time.

Announcements can return to the menu

A spoken or audio announcement inside a menu can end the call afterwards or offer to return to the menu. A route-wide Return pause, in whole seconds, sets how long the call waits for a key press before hanging up.

Setup finishes itself after checkout

Returning from checkout runs the setup steps once: get a number, create the default route, link it, set the receptionist to answer. The status card shows the Connected Route, offers Connect Route when there is none, and Configure Route when there is one. The Phone tab says plainly that phone numbers need a subscription.

Routing errors name the cause

When a route cannot be published, the message carries the underlying reason instead of a generic try again.

Voice prices in dollars

In receptionist settings, each voice option shows its per-minute price in dollars rather than in credits.

Site icon fixed

The browser tab icon now uses the mark on white, matching the site.

Behind the scenes. Every call now records the route that carried it, and the number of phone numbers, routes and receptionists a business may hold is set per account.
