Call Routing in settings for everyone
Call Routing moved out of Early Access into Settings with no enrollment switch, and the old who-answers switch is gone. The tab shows your number, and Add a Route opens a single step whose type you pick: a keypad menu, a spoken or audio announcement, a forward, or your receptionist. Removing the route returns you to Add a Route.
Several receptionists per business
Receptionist settings gain a Receptionist selector, an Add button and a Delete action with a warning that routes pointing at that receptionist will break; the last receptionist cannot be deleted. A call flow's Send to AI receptionist step asks which receptionist answers, and settings show when each was last trained.
Saving trains, and Fill from Business
Save & Retrain is the one action that puts receptionist changes live; the separate train step and the Generate receptionist button on the Business Profile tab are gone. Fill from Business generates the prompt, name and opening message from your saved business details and changes nothing live until you save.
Transfer rules live with the receptionist
Transfer rules, each with a name, trigger phrases and a destination phone, SIP address or take a message, now sit in the settings of the receptionist they belong to.
One number per business for now
A request for a second number is refused with a plain message, and provisioning a number requires the paid plan; until then the in-browser talk button is the way to try your receptionist.
Connect apps to handled calls
Connected apps can list handled calls for polling and subscribe to an instant post of each call as it ends, built for a Zapier New Call Handled trigger. On the home page, the build steps now turn green as each real step completes rather than on a timer.
Behind the scenes. Call routing settings are now stored per phone number rather than per business.
