Call log search, filters and a fuller call page

Search the call log by phone number, filter by type and receptionist, open a call page with details and recording playback, and switch call recording on or off.

Search and filters in the call log

Search the whole call history by phone number with Search or Enter, and filter by call type such as AI Call, IVR or Forwarded, and by receptionist. The status filter now applies on the server instead of being ignored. AI calls record which receptionist answered, and the name shows under the caller.

A call page with details and recording

Each call's page gathers caller, type, time, sentiment, price and reason in one panel, with a recording player that loads on the page and a plain message when the recording is unavailable. The Listen link left the call log rows, so recordings play from the call page.

Record calls switch

Receptionist settings gained a Record calls switch. On, every call keeps an audio recording playable from the call page. It takes effect on the next call after Save and Retrain.

Notification links open the call in your dashboard

Every call notification now links to the call's page in the dashboard, recording or not. If you are signed out, signing in takes you straight there. The public no-login call page was retired.
