One notification per call and recordings in your voice

Each conversation triggers one notification, recordings speak your receptionist's voice, the call log groups a call's legs, and a credit pause keeps your flow.

One notification per conversation

A call now triggers one notification: AI-handled calls notify through the receptionist's every-call event, voicemails through the voicemail event, and a new every-call event on the route covers the rest. Forwarded legs count as the same conversation, and a whole-route block never fires the new event unless you choose it.

Recordings in your receptionist's voice

With a custom voice saved, receptionist settings offer Generate recording. The recording speaks the receptionist's own voice through your connected voice provider, lands in your audio library for any audio step, and the window lists the receptionist's past recordings, playable in place.

Call log groups the legs of one call

The AI leg of a call that came through a keypad menu is linked to the inbound call. The call log shows each leg under its call, marked same call, and notifications for such a call carry the summary from the AI leg.

Credit pause keeps your call flow

When credits run out, the number is paused but the call flow stays connected, so refilling credits brings everything back as it was.

Pages load reliably when opened directly

The call log, orders and keypad menu recordings pages no longer sit on a loading placeholder when opened directly.

Behind the scenes. Team permissions were tightened: changing a receptionist's documents, menu audio or notification blocks needs change rights. Tools can download documents.
