Text a Yelp waitlist link
Link your restaurant on Yelp from the Reservation setup by searching its name and location. On a call, the receptionist asks the caller and then texts your Yelp waitlist link to their caller ID. Only venues on Yelp Waitlist can be linked.
The link is announced before goodbye
After texting the waitlist link, the receptionist tells the caller it is on its way and that they can join the waitlist from it, before any goodbye or other action.
Local times in the call log
Call log rows and the call detail show the time on the clock, such as 2:45 PM or Aug 29, 2:45 PM, with the relative phrasing on hover.
Reservation tools grouped by provider
On the Reservation capability, tools group under the provider that serves them, with each provider's own settings inside its section. A tool no attached provider can serve is not offered until you attach one. The Calendar capability is now called Reservation.
