Pay per use: every call draws from one credit balance

The subscription no longer bundles minutes; each call is billed per started minute from one credit balance, and the call log lists billed minutes and the price.

One balance, pay per use

The monthly plan is a service fee for your number and receptionist. Every call draws from a single credit balance made of a one-time signup trial grant plus the credits you buy or auto-reload. Included monthly minutes are gone.

Billed per started minute

Calls are priced per started minute at the rate of your receptionist's voice option. The call log and call page show the billed minutes and a Price column in credits, replacing the old subscription and overage seconds.

Balance card instead of a usage bar

The dashboard reports your remaining balance in dollars in place of the usage bar, and credits used is an all-time figure rather than a monthly one. The billing page button now reads Subscribe.

Every call is billed, including previews

Preview calls and calls from your own number are no longer free. The signup trial covers them.

Voice rates in credits per minute

In receptionist settings, each voice option shows its rate in credits per minute.
