In the Claude directory, and call routing by the clock

ReadyToTalk joins the Claude directory. A Time node routes calls by the clock, the node editor asks type first, and Microsoft 365 connects organization-wide.

Talk to your front office from Claude

ReadyToTalk is listed in the Claude connectors directory. Add it from the directory, sign in with your ReadyToTalk account, and ask Claude about your front office as you: the business and its activity, calls with their recording links, text messages, customers, the receptionists with their prompts and documents, call routes and their menus, phone numbers, menu audio, the dashboard's setup tasks, and billing. Every tool is read-only; training a receptionist, editing a route or buying credits stay in the app. You can start from Claude too: signing in to the connector without a ReadyToTalk account creates one, and Claude tells you where to finish setting up.

Route calls by day and time

A Time node in call routing sends each call one way or another by when it arrives. A rule picks weekdays or specific dates on a calendar, then all day or a time span, and names the exit it leads to. An Otherwise exit catches everything else, so closed days, holidays and after-hours each get their own path. A date rule wins over a weekday rule wherever it sits, so a holiday that falls on a Tuesday follows the holiday. Rules use your business time zone, the dashboard's call flow shows the step as Depends on the time, and the step can carry notifications like any other.

The node editor asks type, then name, then details

Adding a node to a call route now starts with one question: what kind of node. The name and that kind's own settings follow, so you never fill in fields that do not apply. Connect an existing node opens only a picker of your nodes, so pointing a step at something you already built no longer opens a form to create one. The editor says node wherever it used to say step.

Connect Microsoft 365 for the whole organization

Microsoft 365 can now be connected by your IT administrator for the whole organization, as well as by signing in with one account. Each receptionist then picks the mailbox it reads from a Choose a mailbox list on the AI Staff page: the one mailbox after a sign-in, any mailbox in the organization after an administrator connection.

Pickup tickets carry the caller's number

When a caller places a pickup order through the receptionist without giving a name, the ticket in Square is now titled with the caller's phone number instead of Phone order, so staff can tell orders apart at the counter.

Behind the scenes. The legal pages, the footer and the podcast now name the operator as Cracked Robot, Inc.
