Sign up with email first, phone a click away

Email is now the default way to sign up and sign in, phone sign-up is one click away, and visitors abroad are told a US or Canada mobile is needed for it.

Email is the default door

The home page and the sign-in page now open on the email field. One line beneath it asks whether you have a US or Canada mobile and switches to signing up or signing in by text. The phone and email tabs are gone.

Clearer for visitors outside the US and Canada

A visitor detected outside the US and Canada is told on the phone step that a US or Canada mobile number is needed to continue by phone. Every place that mentions your number now says your front office gets a US or Canada number and you can run it from anywhere in the world.

Try-it dialog opens on the web call

The try-it dialog in the dashboard now starts with a web call. An account with a verified phone sees Call my phone outright. Without one, a line offers a phone call for the US or Canada, and an owner detected abroad is told a US or Canada mobile is needed for it.

The active field takes focus

On the sign-in and home page forms the email or phone field now takes focus on load and after each switch, so you can type straight away.
