Talking speed and reply wait follow the voice
Each voice in the catalog now carries its own default talking speed and reply wait, and the two sliders show the picked voice's defaults. A slider left at its default stores nothing, so the receptionist keeps following the voice if that default is tuned later. A value you move away from the default stays your choice.
More than one shoutout
The Shoutout page now lists every shoutout you gave, each marked Live, Pending review or Withdrawn. You can add another, edit one, or withdraw one on its own. The thank-you credit is granted once per account.
Billing charges for this month
The period filter on the Billing page gained This month, alongside last week, last month, last six months, this year and last year.
Onboarding without a website no longer stalls
A business described without a website is no longer asked to read one. A step whose work was saved now counts as finished even if its turn ended with an error, so the page no longer says the build did not finish over a front office that was built.
Website or address on the audit form
The free missed-call audit form now asks for the restaurant's website or street address, and one of them is required, so the team is sure it has the right restaurant before it checks the line.
A more open confirmation
The booked confirmation, email and text now say the calls happen over the next few days, a few times, and that the report follows once the calls are done, rather than promising a fixed count or set windows.
