The rail is the default call flow view
The call flow is shown as a left-to-right rail: a map of your steps on top and same-sized boxes for the step in focus and its next choices below, as many as fit your screen. Each box opens a details view with the message, recordings, destination and fallback chain, and Back sits bottom left.
Specialize the AI from the call flow
An AI conversation step offers Specialize the AI, which opens the receptionist's own settings over the panel. Your business number is now the first step of the flow, and a Hide call flow control folds the panel away so the figures below come into view.
Menu rules in plain words
On the Square connection, each catalog rule reads as a sentence, such as items whose name or category starts with EMP are not sold by this staff, built from starts with, contains or is exactly, a price range, and offered at a set price or not sold. Rules are checked top to bottom.
Call log filters by rating
The call log has a Rating filter, and an AI call's page shows what the rating rests on: the verdict, how the call ended and each tool the receptionist used with its outcome.
Orders show the exact charge per item
The orders console lists each item's unit price times quantity, the line total, and the order's tax. Orders placed before this change carry no per-item charge.
One version picker everywhere
Call flow versions and receptionist versions use one control: it reads the version number and opens a searchable list. The receptionist's version sits top right of its form, and picking an earlier one shows what changed and offers Restore. Access tokens in General settings gained Rotate, which issues a new secret and stops the old one at once.
