Ownership passed from Seven Olives Inc to Cracked Robot, Inc., a newly formed company, through an assignment of the ReadyToTalk intellectual property effective today.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy name Cracked Robot, Inc. as the company operating ReadyToTalk. An agreement a customer had with Seven Olives Inc for ReadyToTalk continues with Cracked Robot, Inc. on the same terms.
Why a new company
“ReadyToTalk started as one project inside Seven Olives and became the whole business,” said Digvijay Singh, founder of ReadyToTalk. “Cracked Robot is the company built around it. Customers will notice the name on the invoice and nothing else.”
